of sales monthly over the period and relative OTB required to meet the sales planned.
The above is reviewed and planned at Department, Category and Store level in collaboration with a designated person from your business and signed off by yourselves. Tracking of the Stock and Sales Monthly or Bi Monthly relative to the Seasonal Plans as signed off. Reforecasting of Sales and Stock at month end to adjust where possible to thereby minimizing risk and maximizing potential.
All of the above will cover reporting and KPI’s dependent on data availability:
- Discount Sales
- Ave Prices
- Stock Cover
- Stock Turn rolling annual
- Gross Profit traded
Twice a year Review of Store Sales Width and Depth by Category. Reset of Store Grading by Category. This is a facilitation for corrected Unit Buys required and to set up Strategic Allocations.
This can also be utilized for Store Layouts and maximizing usage of space for best return per store.
Utilizing the information above seasonal forecast views of allocations by order by store are set up to fulfil the store turnover requirements and confirm the rolling stock cover through to end of season.
The Strategic Allocations can be set up and trained for you to maintain in house. This reduces the time taken for allocations once orders arrive – a regular Allocation Template with training is also available should you not choose to allocate upfront in the season.
